The free breakfast was an actual breakfast. Eggs, bacon, waffles, fruit, yogurt, juice, baggles, the works.
The fact that they started charging me two additional charges ($10 and $20) but never said anything about what it was for!
The location is in close proximity to stores and restaurants. The room was clean.
For those who have to leave before 7 a.m. on the weekends, it would have been nice to have some yogurt, fruit or bagels available to take for breakfast.
The beds were comfortable for those of us that got one. Clean room too.
I am an easygoing guy and I was not able to come to terms with the staff regarding the details of my reservation. I became so frustrated I was trembling. This hotel was the third stop on a weeklong family vacation. All three hotels were booked with Booked.net. I properly entered details of ages and that 5 total were staying in 1 room or Booked.net tells me I could book 2 rooms etc. the first 2 stops/hotels we got exactly what was expected - 2 beds plus a hide a bed for the 5th person. The room we got at Fairfield inns didn't have a hide a bed. I went back to the front desk and I was told I should call the hotel days in advance to make sure I will get what I reserved. It was my fault. She looked at a printout and there was no mistake. It showed 5 people but she reminded me I should always call. There was a display on the counter that read "you're our #1 priority, we promise you will be satisfied or we'll make it right". I whipped out my booking app, found another place to stay. BUT I double checked and Fairfield wouldn't let me leave without paying for my room even though we didn't use the room yet. The front desk person even called the supervisor who noted they didn't want to have a single vacant room. So I felt like a pawn in a 100% capacity goal, maybe a bonus for the manager?? If money wasn't an issue for me I would have walked anyway, but reluctantly stayed. My son slept on the floor, what great ending to our vacation. Oh... and toilet seat was loose and shower curtain bar was broken
The staff was awesome that's what made it all worth it if it wasn't for them I probably would not stayed another night I would have looked for a place closer to the event we went to see A+ for the staff
We had a king bed the first night needed two beds
The staff was very friendly and the beds were so comfortable we had a great night sleep ... Breakfast was very good also even my picky eater ate ...the hotel was clean we just loved our stay and next time in town we will stay here again...
the food is good
Great location and Great price!!! The beds were amazing and the room was clean and comfortable!!
Great stay. The breakfast area was kept clean and food was hot. Food was good and you did t feel rushed. Staff even checked if our room was ok once we were in the room.
The cookie oven broke the second night...that's the worst thing...
The staff were all very very nice And professional. Will tell anyone to stay at this motel/hotel.
Staff was cheerful and helpful. Facility is in great location. Loved Booked.net rates.
I'm a member of Marriott group but it doesn't show up automatically so I didn't earn points. When checking in, membership should show with name.
Well situated to everything we wanted to go to. It exceeded our expectations.
Slow drain in sink shower
We made our reservations on line for 5 people in a suite. When we arrived at night the man working the front desk told us the suite did not include a pull out couch bed. The room only had 2 queen size beds in it. We asked if there was a roll away bed available, the clerk became irritated and said he would have to check, he didn't think they even had one. We waited at our assigned room when he came back with a twin bed on wheels. My husband said to the clerk, "what are we supposed to do with that"? It was way to big for the room. The clerks reply was curtly, "put it in your room ". He was very rude and unhelpful!
The cleanliness of the hotel and the complimentary breakfast were great! Nice hotel for the deal I got and the location is in a nice area. The young lady that was setting up the breakfast was VERY sweet and friendly. I forgot her name but she was young, probably early 20's and looked islander. You should put her in the front desk where customer service matters the most!
The night staff was rude. When I first got there, I was stuck behind the sliding door for about 5 mins because the censor wasnt working and the door was sliding open. The front desk employee CLEARLY sees me there behind the door and did nothing. That door kept getting stuck throughout my whole visit so I would look into that. I came to visit a friend and I dont live in AZ so I asked the front desk employee that was working graveyard where I can get some food and his response was "look it up on your phone." The second night was another worker during the graveyard shift and I stood in front of her for about 5 mins before she even acknowledged my presence even though she clearly saw me standing right in front of her ready to buy some snacks. I had to speak up so she can look away from the computer. No hello, no how are you, no thanks for waiting, no I'll be with you in a minute, nothing. She added up the total for the snacks I was purchasing and that was it. I would think that the hotel would be more careful on choosing who is at the front desk. I'm not saying that the employees are horrible people but definitely not friendly... until maybe the end of the conversation when they realize that you might complain or write a negative review. When I bought the package, it said that there was free wifi and I saw it as an option on my computer but when I called the front desk to ask why its not connecting, they said that they dont have wifi. I couldn't get any work done but the price I got through Booked.net was great that I didnt even have the energy or patience to complain.
